Filtering the Hydraulic Fluid
Once the reservoir is cleaned, filtered hydraulic fluid is
introduced back into the system. As the fluid re-circulates, it
picks up leftover dirty oil and sediment, and is again sent through
the filters. This cycle is continuously repeated over a period of
several hours, until all the dirt and unnecessary water is removed.
By the end of the day, all the surfaces, crannies, hoses, and
o-rings that come in contact with hydraulic fluid have been
thoroughly cleaned, and
the
fluid is as good as, or better than, new! |
